So lucky to have you in my life

St. Patrick’s day is back, as is annual tradition, and I could not pass up this opportunity to dress up and be colorful. I didn’t go all crazy with rainbow food like last year, but found the cutest little idea and had to give it a try.

I kept food very simple because most of the time it’s me and Jorge eating all the leftovers. The kids get so excited about playing and having fun that the last thing they do is eat.

The entire food selection included lots of lucky charms and green items. Simple cupcakes customized with sour candies and marshmallows, yogurt with cereal pieces, and the famous shamrock shake. Jorge ate all the cupcakes, I drank the shakes, and the kids licked everything.

Their favorite thing to do is always the crafts and activities. Since I planned this entire thing in about 2 hours, I made some sensory activities and included some painting. I saw this painting idea (raised salt painting) on instagram and it ended up being so much fun.

The kids loved the surprise and Yoyi found his favorite in the slime. He kept trying to share it with me. Is anyone else freaked out by slime?
