My little human is two and I can’t believe it. Also can’t believe how much he already knows, how much he talks, and how big he is. And of course I had to celebrate the fact that we have been blessed with this sweet little boy for two years now. Once again, our little family got together for a very small party.

I was a little indecisive on the theme, but after a few minutes of seeing him play with his trucks and singing the excavator song, we settled on a construction theme.

This was the easiest party set up because we owned most of the things we used including Jorge’s toolboxes, the kids’ trucks, all the furniture, and that piece of wood.

I spent money buying balloons, the signs, the tool sets, and the sand for the dig station. I took out my Cricut and made this cute little sign with his name.

Since we only celebrated with the boys, I had to keep them entertained with some fun activities.

Yoyi absolutely loved the dig station. He played there for a long time and had me pack everything away very carefully so he could play again tomorrow. All I used to create it was kinetic sand and some mini trucks from the Dollar Store.

And of course we had a lot of hammering, measuring, and sawing.

This concludes another party that took an hour to plan, three hours to execute, and was enjoyed for 2 hours.
